God

4/25/11   Jesus is the Creator of this wonderful place, if you see it he made it or inspired someone to make it! Isn't that crazy. We are so small in comparison to this entire universe, as I am laying on the bed I can look out the window and see all kinds of creation. People, trees, grass, hills, mountains, buildings, dirt, cars, streets, clouds, an endless abundance of things which was created all around us. He made the air we breath and the world we live in the created all the planets, all the Milky-way, and all of the Universe, and possibly i more! Our God is so great. For me sometimes I can feel so unworthy and far from God, but when I create things I feel so close to Him. When I am making something, when I get up and feel inspired just to create I feel so close to God, and weather it is a successful piece of art or not, when I am in the process and piecing it together and creating the thing it is meant to be in my head.... I feel God. It makes me feel so close to him, when I am using his gifts he has blessed me with.
He created EVERYTHING... even the sea foam and sea brease!

4/30/11 “For God speaketh once, yea twice, yet man perceiveth it not. In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falleth upon men, in slumberings upon the bed; Then He openeth the ears of men, and sealeth their instruction, That He may withdraw man from his purpose, and hide pride from man. He keepeth back his soul from the pit, and his life from perishing by the sword.” (Job 33:14- 18).

-Randomness....
For the longest time I couldn't remember my dreams. It wasn't until reasently, I have remembered things here and there from when I was alseep! It kinda exciting, but I just wanted to see what the Bible said about dreams and the meanings of them. I still dont know a ton of stuff on it... but I am excited to learn more! I don't know I just am interested in dreams and if or when they are inspired by GOD!

5/13/11

I had been waiting for yesterday for a while, because Thursdays are the day when the college group at my Church meets >> its called the Jordan. The message was on Jesus of course, to narrow it more it was on Luke 2: 41-52 below. This was part of the "4G" series of messages, this week was "G for Growing".
When Mary and Joseph could not find Jesus they returned to Rome ( which in today's world would be equivalent to L.A. or an upbeat fun city where fun things for young people are everywhere) but his parents found him in the Church. yes that's what I said... in the Church. Pastor Rick explained that a 12 year old boy was like a 18-20 year old today, because it is right before you become responsible for everything your Faith, your life. Like 21 in America society and 13 in Jewish society. Jesus was LISTENING to the wise. We all hate to become old and do everything to stop it. But in fact with becoming old comes wisdom. When his parents found him and asked him to come with them, he could have told them he was busy and would catch up with them later, but he was obedient and went. Because Obedience is a characteristic needed for growth in anything. especially in Faith, I realized last night that I need to be obedient in order for my faith to thrive and to grow.
The worship was also very good, and God reminded me that even when I feel like no one is there... he ALWAYS is! he ALWAYS loves me! even when no one else seems to!
I love you Lord!
Luke 2: 41-52
The Boy Jesus at the Temple 41 Every year Jesus’ parents went to Jerusalem for the Festival of the Passover. 42 When he was twelve years old, they went up to the festival, according to the custom. 43 After the festival was over, while his parents were returning home, the boy Jesus stayed behind in Jerusalem, but they were unaware of it. 44 Thinking he was in their company, they traveled on for a day. Then they began looking for him among their relatives and friends. 45When they did not find him, they went back to Jerusalem to look for him. 46After three days they found him in the temple courts, sitting among the teachers, listening to them and asking them questions. 47 Everyone who heard him was amazed at his understanding and his answers. 48 When his parents saw him, they were astonished. His mother said to him, “Son, why have you treated us like this? Your father and I have been anxiously searching for you.”
49 “Why were you searching for me?” he asked. “Didn’t you know I had to be in my Father’s house?”[a] 50 But they did not understand what he was saying to them.
51 Then he went down to Nazareth with them and was obedient to them. But his mother treasured all these things in her heart. 52 And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man.
Proverbs 13:20
20 Walk with the wise and become wise,
for a companion of fools suffers harm.
i think we ought to listen to them...
